Table turns into a bed and there is also a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed. There is an outside kitchen with extra fridge, sink, and comes with BBQ. Trailer is quipped with all linens and cookware. Main living area has tv, DVD/CD player and electric fireplace for a secondary heat source or just for ambiance. Board games, coloring books, playing cards, washer toss, and other outdoor games as well as 6 camping chairs.
