The entire experience on our 3 day rental was fantastic. First, Randall is incredible and his customer service is off the charts great! Second, the Mercedes Pax Sprinter was super comfortable for 10 of us (4 teenagers and 6 adults) and very easy to drive. A very powerful diesel engine was great for highway driving. We will definitely using this service again.

I don’t think it was cleaned very well before we got it. We ended up stopping at a gas station to get Windex and clean off all the windows. But overall I was comfortable for nine people.

The Sprinter was very luxurious. The photos does no justice. Also Randall was very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything on the sprinter. Overall great experience
