No climbing on the roof, No smoking, No Pets of any kind in the Trailer. Trailer Most Be cleaned out upon return. Black & Gray Tank MUST Be DUMPED before returning the trailer or you will be subject to a surcharge of $100.00 to clean and dump the tank. NO EXCEPTIONS.
