seating area that can convert into a queen bed. Next to it is a sofa that can also fold down into a sleeping area for one.The dinette and the sofa are all part of the slide out of the unit. When the slide out is "out," it opens the unit up so you have plenty of room.In the back of the unit is the bathroom and the double bunk area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a tub and a foot-flush toilet with washstand.The camper has a slide out dinette and sofa which both convert into single beds. We are a family owned and operated. I have been a camper since I was knee high to a grasshopper, in South Africa. Moving to the United States in my late years, getting married to my beautiful wife, and having two wonderful kids, who decided to camp in the garage in a tent we got off Craigslist, few fun camps we decided to try to camp at a real campground. Well that did not work out wonderful as planned, and got rained on so bad we abandoned the tent. Few days later we bought our first popup camper, that was the start of our fun family camping adventures. Few years later we decided to upgrade to a travel trailer and this is where the next part of the journey starts.

Trailer was hooked up and running when we arrived. Convenient to the Adequan barn where our stalls are. Had difficulty figuring out how to turn on water, but finally got it running. The black and grey tanks were already in the red zone when we moved in. We were asked to have it pumped out, which I declined. I should not have to make that arrangement and pay for it. The rep said he would take care of it. Friday morning shower had plenty of hot water. Friday night, my daughter and granddaughter had plenty of hot water. Saturday morning, only got half way through shower when it turned cold. Sunday morning was the same. Air conditioning and heat appeared to work well. Could not get the fireplace to work for added heat. Sunday morning, you could smell the methane coming back into the trailer because the tanks still were not pumped out. This was a good arrangement for the short time we needed it.
