The Cozy American Cruiser 5th Wheel. This rental accommodates up to 6 guests, at 32 Ft. with 1 slide outs that expand the living and dining rooms there is plenty of room for everyone! Also features a private queen bedroom, a bunkhouse with 3 bunk beds, an outdoor kitchen, propane tanks, awning, and tons of storage space!!****Bare Rental*****This unit does not include any of our Cozy Extras at this time. IF you would like bedding/towels, kitchenware, etc., please contact us before booking and we will try to accommodate your requests.**Note: All rentals require AT Least 30 AMP electrical service to properly function. This rental requires a site to allow AT Least 35 Foot camper and clearance for 1 driver side slide outs. ********No Shoes on the Carpet Areas (Bunk bedroom/Kitchen/Dining Room) $250 Fee for any damage or stains on carpet! *********Smoking/Vaping IS NOT Permitted inside the rental or on the outdoor mat.***Pets ARE AN Additional FEE. No matter if it's a bird, snake, rodent, cat, dog, etc. Please add them prior to booking or you will be charged after you arrive.IF you have any special requests, please ask before arrival. *Absolutely NOTHING but waste and Special RV toilet paper is to be flushed in the toilet or this will result in forfeiture of any security deposit paid.

Delivery Rentals:
*Delivery Time: Delivery is scheduled between 3 PM - 10 PM.
*Pick-Up Time: We will pick up your rental between 9 AM - 12 PM.
Pick-Up Rentals:
*Arrival Time: Pick-up time is scheduled between 12 PM - 3 PM.
*Return Time: Please return your rental before 12 PM.
