The Coleman Lantern LT 17B is a brand new light weight 17 ft. single axle bunkhouse trailer!Like most single axle trailers, the Coleman Lantern LT 17B comes equipped with a single 20 pound propane tank at the front of the trailer. The Coleman 17B is equipped with the smaller 2 burner stove top. Included is an upgraded 12 volt refrigerator that is able to run off of your 12 volt trailer battery. The refrigerator includes temperature control as well as a small icebox freezer at the top of the fridge.One feature that that should really catch your eye is the fireplace. Coleman, in the interest of conserving as much propane as possible, removed the traditional propane furnace and has added a 5,200 BTU electric fireplace underneath the kitchen countertop. The fireplace comes equipped with temperature control. Shore power or a generator is needed to run the electric fireplace.At only 21 foot and 5 inches of total over length, the Coleman Lantern LT 17B boasts a whopping 5 person sleeping capacity with sleeping on the front queen bed, the dinette (The dinette is technically a single person sleeper but can fit two small children if need be) and of course the rear bunks.The rear bunks measure in at 72 inches of length, 29 inches of width and have a 300 pound sleeping capacity per bunk.***There is minor Cosmetic Only hail damage to the unit from a previous renter***Ce qui est inclusNew 2023 trailer that’s lightweight, cozy, and has full amenities. Trailer has everything you need to ensure your camping is met with luxury and comfort.RV Winter Rules:The trailer can be used during the cold months if and only if extra precautions are taken.This includes:
1. If there is water in the fresh tanks then the trailer must be kept heated the whole time. This can be done by leaving the propane furnace running at all times. The same is true while using the city water connection. (water hose)
3. The black and grey tanks must be filled with anti freeze to prevent the holding tanks from freezing. (this only applies if you plan on using the sink, shower, and/or toilet.)
4. Before the rv is returned all water and fluids must be drained from the rv via low point drains, and it must be re-winterized with non toxic antifreeze. (I can do this part if you’re unsure how but you bring the fluid.)These rules apply if you’re camping below freezing temps at any point of your trip be it night or day.
Alternatively the trailer can be used for dry camping which means no water or toilet use.Trailer includes:-queen mattress (1)
- dinette (can be turn into a small bed for 2 smaller kids or one single larger individual)
-sleeps 5 comfortably but can easily fit 7 with an air mattress
-Full bathroom including toilet, shower with a small tub (perfect for traveling with babies) vent/ mirror/medicine cabinet
