ALOHA! HOWZIT? I am Jonathan Kekahuna, media persona BadUrchin & vegan chef.
So a little about me, I have been nomadic for 12 years(this time around) and this is my 7th rig (side note: “rig” is #Vanlife lingo for your living transport, no matter what it is.) I am an outdoor adventure guide and waterman youth instructor by trade. I host free bi-weekly guided hikes in so cal. So ask about this.
But have many other hobbies and side hustles such as festival installation art, set design, fire spinning, photography, and yoga, I even offer a number of energy and holistic healing practices and tattooing.
You may have guessed it by now but I’m a proud Hawaiian, born and raised here in San Diego. So if you need recommendations, road-trip adventure loops, the best vegan food in town, or the best “locals” events, I may have a few to list.
A couple additional notable things, I got two pups, have a podcast, I make and sell an ocean advocate lifestyle brand called Can’t Kelp It!
