5.0We had an amazing trip last week in Mark and Arlene’s RV. Mark spent so much time explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle with hands on learning opportunities, even though we were newbies we felt very well prepared for our adventure. He made us feel confident because he felt confident in us as well. There were written notes about the vehicle to refer back to and if we didn’t remember something we were able to text and get a response very quickly. Arlene kept the RV stocked with plenty of blankets and towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen gear we felt right at home. Prior to the trip Mark and Arlene upgraded the 2nd mattress and it was extremely comfortable after days of hiking in national parks! Mark and Arlene were so hospitable and friendly they even brought a cake out to my Brother in law when they found out it was his birthday! We had the time of our lives on our adventure and made friends! If we are ever on the west coast again, we would love to see Mark and Arlene one more time.

5.0We had a fabulous time renting the RV from Mark. He proved to be a gracious host and explained everything to me ( a first time ever RVer) in detail with patience to assure my confidence before we left for our trip. The RV was perfect for our family of four with plenty of space and my two young boys age 11 and 5 had a fabulous time. The RV drove perfectly well and the "always on reverse camera" was a huge help. We went on a cold week to Valley of Fire so Mark took great care to stock the RV with LOTS of warm blankets and comfortable bedding. We had plenty of sheets and towels as well as camping chairs and lanterns that made our trip even more fun. Mark was even so gracious to assure we were prepared with firewood for our first night. Pickup and drop off were seamless and. We would definitely rent from Mark again!
