If you are looking for a family friendly adventure, this 2017 21' Clipper Cadet by Coachmen is lightweight and easy to maneuver while providing adequate room for a family of up to 5!. This travel trailer provides: 1 full size bed; 2 bunks; 1 convertible table, toilet; shower; kitchen sink; stove top; microwave; range hood; small fridge; kitchen table; 12' awning; A.C. and heat; hot and cold water; stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers; outdoor shower and Plenty of storage! You will not be disappointed! Also included with rental: Grill, utensils, cups, bowls, pots and pans, small coffee pot, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Weighs 2,785 lbs (dryweight) which means it can be pulled by most SUV's, minivans and trucks. **Delivery and set-up is available** Pick-up is during the day of your first rental night. Additional meet times available for Saturday pick-ups. Drop off time may be open depending on the next rental. No show, late, or cleaning fees will apply if applicable. Security deposit of $500.00 required. Cal with any questions.**Pickup Information: Appointments will be made for you to pick up your rental. A 30 minute grace period will be allowed after your scheduled appointment time. After 30 minutes, a $5.00 per minute wait fee will be applied to the rental.
