Ethel is a 2017 Ford Transit High Roof that was custom built with lots of love by myself and my father. After living in/out of Ethel for 2+ years as a traveling physical therapist, I am ready to share her adventures with the world!Comfort is key in this rig, featuring a permanent 72x60" bed with 8 inch foam mattress. There is ample 'garage' space underneath the bed and accessible through the back doors. You will have enough room to store 2 bikes, skis, camping gear, and any extra luggage.With 200 Watts of solar panels and a battery isolator that will charge you up while you are driving, power is never an issue. The sink is conveniently placed by the side door for easy fill up of the 16 gallon water tank, and works well for brief outdoor showers. The kitchen comes equipped with cups, plates, silverware, pots, a pan and a sizeable isotherm fridge, plenty of room for food for a week for 2. A small bench with toilet underneath, and passenger side swivel seat will give you enough space for lounging around.I built this dream van for my ultimate comfort for anything from long road trips to full time living. However I recently moved out of my van into an apartment, and I would love for other people to take Ethel out on the road and keep her company! Rachel was GREAT !!!!! Simple pick up and drop off instructions ! The van was perfect for our 4 days trip to Convict Lake and Mammoth !!!! The bed was soooooo comfortable and the van was stocked with everything we needed! We can’t wait to rent it again !!!!!!

We LOVED Ethel!! The van was incredibly easy to drive and had everything you could need! Communication was great and pick up and drop off were super easy and convenient! We can’t wait to rent Ethel again!

An incredible trip!! Rachel was the perfect host and the van was everything we hoped for. It was clean, well organized, and really had it all! I really cannot recommend this van enough.
