1. The RV is to be returned by 3PM on the last day of the reservation. Customers who are not able to return by 3PM MUST inform Ace RV Rentals by calling 571-367-9223. Any late returns between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. will incur a $150.00 late fee. Returns after 11PM on the last day of your rental are strictly prohibited and will incur a charge of an extra day plus insurance, if applicable. 2. If the Wheelbase (third party) insurance option has been selected, a deductible of 2% of the value of the RV applies, with a minimum of $500.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00. Please see associate for specific value of the applicable rental unit. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the RV. 4. No climbing on the roof of the RV.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

RV or Travel trailer can be picked up anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday-Saturday. RV or Travel Trailer must be returned on date of return by 5 PM.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We do a full walkthrough with you on the day of RV or travel trailer pick up. Please plan for a 45 minute walkthrough where we will show you all the workings inside and outside of the RV or travel trailer. Including how to hook up electric, sewage, and water at a campsite (if applicable).

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

If you are interested in doing a driving tutorial, please let us know prior to your pick up appointment so we can arrange a driving tutorial with one of our specialists. Also, we do a full walkthrough with you on the day of RV or travel trailer pick up. You will need to plan for a 45 minute walkthrough where we will show you all the workings inside and outside of the RV or travel trailer. Including driving tips, and driving tutorial if requested prior to RV or travel trailer pick up.
