5.0We had an amazing experience with this RV! The trip went smoothly from start to finish. We added the linen kit, which was super convenient, and in hindsight wish we had also added the kitchen kit to make things even easier. Driving it was much easier than I expected, and the space inside was incredible — clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Overall, such a great experience and we’ll definitely be booking again!

5.0We had an AWESOME trip! From the check-in process to the customer service I needed mid-way through our trip to the return of our RV - everything was perfect, and I'd definitely go back to ACE next time I'm in the need for an RV!

5.0Wow, What can say. This was a wonderful experience from the time of Booking till I returned it. The until was spotless, Fueled up and had the fridge already running so it was cold. The walk around was quick and everything was explained to me prior to leaving for my trip. Drive, stay and unit was perfect. I will use this rental company again and pass on how nice it was.

5.0Communication was great! RV was in a very good condition. Booked add-ons (e.g. kitchenware and bedding) were great. We missed a few minor things: dish soap and special camper toilet paper (only one roll was provided). Be aware that it is a big camper, and driving is not as comfortable as a smaller camper. There are always trade-offs. Before you return the RV you will have to fill up the propane and gas tanks. It took us some time to find a place to refill the propane. We ended up doing it at a Tractor Supply Co. location in Virginia.
