Incredibly thankful for this family and their trailer. I booked last minute, down to the days before our trip and they were very accomodating. I chose the delivery option, since I'm a single mom of 3, and they had everything set up and ready to go for our arrival. We even were able to check out a few hours later and the communication from drop off to pick up was a breeze. The trailer was clean and stocked for all your food preparation needs. I would most definitely keep this family in mind for future rentals. Thank you Danielle, Christine and family, you are all so appreciated.

I was nervous renting an RV through Outdoorsy for the first time. The experience with Danielle calmed my nerves right away. She responded immediately to all my email questions. Danielle and her CREW ;) arrived on time and dropped the RV for me at Serrano Campground and setup the trailer in less than an hour. The trailer was pristine and fully stocked. Danielle texted me daily to see how things were going with the trailer and promptly answered any questions we had. Once again Danielle and her CREW arrived to pickup the trailer on time. I hope to rent the trailer again next summer for our annual family trip.

They claim there was “excessive cleaning” we left it super clean. Fridge wasn’t working half the time we had trailer. Fridge smells horrible. I feel like they just wanted to get extra cash. It’s ok they probably need it more than me.

Rogelio, I’m sorry you don’t feel the “excessive cleaning” charge was justified as FEMININE HYGIENE products as well as BABY WIPES/NOT RV FRIENDLY items down the toilet. When we were able to turn over & clean the trailer the next day for our personal use, we could smell something a little off and communicated with you promptly. The real issue and charge came to be when we could not clear the tank and had to take down to a local place in Havasu on the 4th of July and pay a premium due to the holiday and amount of work they did. I assure you, only an “up charge” of $29 was made for MY INCONVENIENCE, the remainder was to correct what was already done. As for the fridge, I wish you would have said something about the smell. There may have been an issue when we could have helped with. When we explained how to turn on the fridge, it seemed clear to us you understood it takes about 12 hours to get to desired temp. There is also instructions in our welcome folder explaining all the things we cover in the walk through including how to turn on the fridge. I welcome a response as I would love to resolve this with you as I was unaware how unhappy you were as it was not depicted through our texts.
