The reason for the bad review is from a past renter. The renter decided to rent the 16.6 NoBo that I had. The renter drove across the country and completely destroyed the trailer with up to $4k in damages. He was very angry when he was forced to pay the deductible. Since then, everyone else had a great time renting the new Nobo.
