5.0Charlie is a great host, he communicated perfect before/after our trip - van was certainly as described +++. He has some videos online that were helpful to watch in prep, as when we met his overview was quick, already being familiar with features/systems. I had also watched others evaluate their same mode vans online - helpful too. Charlie addressed all of our questions, and set us up with an another pillow, towels, sleeping bag and pad, and folding chair for our 3rd guest. I did some homework before booking and am familiar with Storyteller - they take a rugged quality approach, and have put much attention into unique details. The diesel source for HVAC and hot water is amazingly quiet and efficient. We used the outdoor shower every day and the heater kept us cozy at night! Like anything - there’s room for improvement - maybe post 2022 Stealth modes? The rear seat folds down into a ‘groove lounge’ and bed - not too comfortable even with a quality inflatable camp pad. We would rent again from Charlie!

5.0Charlie was an amazing host. The van was super nice! He was very helpful going over how to use the van. We had a great time seeing the leaves up by Crested Butte. I definitely would recommend renting this van.

5.0Great van with an even greater host. We had a terrible previous experience that I am still fighting outdoorsy with. Charlie saved the day by being available to rent and having everything ready at the drop of a hat. 10/10 top man and would love to rent from him again.

The best pickup option is either driving a personal car, or Uber/Lyft from the airport. Pricing is favorable for the renter. We allow parking one car in our driveway while Free Bird is rented.
