5.0Jim, JoAnn, & Mike Schmidt are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They are efficient business people, as well. The 2023 motorhome was clean & like brand new. We had no worries of breaking down. The instructional video was exceptional and would put a novice at ease. We appreciated the written script of the video. JoAnn was proficient in providing us an estimate, rental agreement, and final billing. This was our first time driving a Class C motor home but we were confident that we could contact Jim or Mike if any problems arose. Prices were lower than a local RV dealer. We will definitely rent from them again because they made our trip a pleasurable success. S&K Sinanan.
