Bring your clothes, food, and personal essentials and you're all set to explore the outdoors! The "Memory Maker" has been our source for great family memories, and we are excited to share it with you to be your non-smoking/vaping "Memory Maker". Renter agrees to sign Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA).It has a queen bed with, a brand new 8" foam mattress, towards the front with a privacy pocket door. Two double-size bunks towards the rear.Glamp with the available tub, shower, and flush toilet in the bathroom. Bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom for flexibility. Gas/electric fridge, 3-burner propane stove and oven provide some of the conveniences of home.With a full hookup, 30-amp site, take advantage of the microwave, ducted A/C, furnace, and limitless water. Without hookups, you will need a 3600W generator to use the A/C and outlets. If A/C is not needed, a smaller 2000W generator will allow the use of the microwave and outlets. Without water/sewer hookups, you'll be limited to 60 gal of fresh water, 40 gal gray and 40 gal black waste tanks.Max trailer weight is 7525 lbs. and adds about 900 lbs. to your hitch. Make sure your truck/SUV has enough payload to handle the added weight. Your vehicle will need to have a brake controller to operate the trailer's brakes through the 7-pin connector.
