The sectional couch is a full size pullout couch and can easily sleep 3. The master bedroom is equipped with a fireplace and is a stunning room with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer. Delivery is required for this unit. Gravel/concrete site required unless approved in advance. Note that this unit may not be able to go up or down steep hills, inclines or declines or unlevel terrain.Washer use requires full hooking as it does not dump into a holding tank. Note that we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail or may return from another reservation damaged, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during busy seasons where there is limited time for repair. We will inform you if something material (ie, we believe there is a chance it may impact the usability of the RV) may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery.After booking, you will be required to complete the pre-rental forms here: [URL removed] and will receive an email to complete the pre-check in. These are required to rent the RV and provide us with information about you, your rental and how you would like the RV prepped for your reservation.This unit is subject to a supplemental rental agreement viewable atRV comes empty (except fuel and propane) by default.
