There is not a better layout on the market. Rear bunk room with 4 separate beds, huge 16’ U shaped dinette and couch slide out and a private front bedroom. The outside comes with a large front storage area, outdoor kitchen, electric awning not to mention the indoor and outdoor speakers that are Bluetooth compatible. This is fully stocked with dishes and pans. This awesome setup is 1/2 ton towable with a dry weight of just over 6,000 lbs. Jon was super easy to work with and provided a very helpful video before I even arrived to pick up the trailer. Pick up and drop off was easy and quick. The trailer was a great fit for my family of four. Would recommend this to others and will use again myself when I’m in the area next.

It was enough room for our family of 6, but hard to cool front and aft sleeping areas. Tv wouldn’t work properly for kids and as far as being stocked with basic kitchen utensils there was only a pasta spoon, can opener and black plastic spoon. The air filter for ac needed to be cleaned and things in trailer needed fixed some windows do not open. Overall it worked for our family for the week. Delivery fee stated 275 but then Jon added 25.00,additional dump fee 30.00 added to end of trip to dump waste. The generator battery was dead day one had to jump start to get working but worked the rest the time fine. Jon only charged us for the days we used which was 3/5 days. Not sure if it was the size that made this seem wobbly or Stabilizers and we attempted to adjust but seemed to rock with any movement.

Jon was an excellent communicator and very friendly! RV was not organized, is dated and in need of some repair. The RV definitely served its purpose, but is outdated. Jon delivered and set up the RV in a very timely manner and provided awesome feedback on the location.
