Great family camper. Remodeled in 2020. One queen bed, two bunk beds, jackknife sofa and dinette. Sleeps 4 comfortably; can sleep 6. This camper has taken us on many adventures over the years.
Please dump grey and black tanks prior to returning. If you are unable to do this, there will be a $50 extra fee. Also, please clean and return camper in the condition it was given to you. If you are unable to do this, there will be a $40 fee for cleaning. You will need to provide all of your own linens - bedding and towels. There are kitchen towels and dish rags provided. My husband and I have been the sole owners of this camper and have traveled to many places with it. As our boys have grown, we decided it was best to buy a bigger camper. We are still avid campers, so we decided to go ahead and update this one and rent it out to those that do not want the expense of owning a camper. We hope you enjoy your time with this camper as much as we have!

Good communication however the camper was not in acceptable condition. I actually had them pick it up same day as drop off (rented for 3 days). Here’s why: there were exposed wires along the ceiling, toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it, futon was covered in crumbs and hair, dirt buildup near bed, empty soap bottles in bathroom and I had to put table together. Like I said, they were great to communicate with but the camper condition was not acceptable.

We used this camper for my daughters grad party for extra guests that could not fit in our house. Worked out perfectly!
