Pickup & Return Cleaning Policy * Basic cleaning is expected before return. * Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or trash may result in additional cleaning charges. No Smoking * Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. * Evidence of smoking will result in significant cleaning/deodorizing fees. Pet Policy * Pets allowed only with prior approval. * Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Towing & Campsite Use * Renters must have a vehicle properly rated to tow the trailer safely. * Weight-distributing hitch and brake controller may be required. * No off-road use, festivals, mud parks, or unauthorized locations. * Rooftop access is prohibited. Damage & Security Deposit * Any damage, missing items, or excessive wear will be charged to the renter. * Guests must report any accidents or issues immediately. * Security deposit may be withheld for damages, policy violations, or excessive cleaning. Prohibited Activities * No climbing or sitting on the roof * No illegal activities * No subletting or third-party rentals * No transporting the camper across international borders without approval Campground Responsibility * Guests are responsible for campground reservations, site compatibility, and following campground rules. * Campsites must support the camper’s size and electrical requirements. Orientation & Walkthrough * First-time RV campers are welcome. * A full walkthrough and operating instructions will be provided at pickup. * Renters are responsible for understanding basic camper operation before departure.
