This is a slide-out equipped trailer with a kitchen, wet-bath, two bunks, and a dinette that turns into a queen size bed that makes this a fun cabin-on-wheels for your next adventure!Fully equipped with an indoor and outdoor kitchen so you are always close to the action. Inside is a two burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Outside includes sink, accent lighting, and two burner BBQ (quick connects to on board LPG).This R-POD is equipped with single 5 gallon propane tank and dual batteries for extended boondocking and a 100w solar panel on the roof to keep the batteries topped off. Refrigerator also runs on propane, battery, or electricity when plugged to shore power.The interior provides convenience and comfort. The bathroom/shower combo works great and the 6'6" ceiling height leaves plenty of headroom. The sink, refrigerator, stovetop burners, and microwave make meals a breeze. One Tv, DVD player, radio with Bluetooth, and outdoor speakers will meet all your entertainment needs. also installed is 2 dual 3.1 amp USB ports for cell phones and tablets.You will be provided with most of the essentials for your trip including toilet paper, silverware, kitchen utensils, linens, towels, bug spray, 4 camp chairs and One full 5-gallon propane tank are included at no extra charge.Small enough to be towed with almost all small SUVs but to pull this trailer you must have a vehicle with a Class III receiver hitch.  A 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle is a must. This trailer has electric brakes so a trailer brake controller is recommended but not required. The fully-loaded trailer including cargo, fluids, optional equipment, and accessories weighs around 3000 lbs so please be sure your vehicle can tow it.Let us know where you are going in the booking request. pickup anytime after 9am day of rental and drop off anytime before dark.

Do I have to dump the grey and black tanks on return?

R.

No. I will do it for you at no extra charge. why do I do it? because I want to make sure it goes out ever time with a fully empty and clean tank.

How clean does the trailer need to be on return?

R.

The cleaner the better for me that way I don't have to see a need to add on a cleaning fee.

Do I have to re-fill the propane tank on return?

R.

The more you save me the better it is for you. I pass that savings on to you by not charging a fee but if you forget no worries I take care of that also at no charge.
