IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT: If involved in an accident, you must immediately notify the police and notify Huddleston RV Rentals within 24 hours. A full written police report must be submitted to us upon your return.
BOONDOCKING: Happy Campers of Arkansas Inc. is not responsible for the filling of freshwater tanks. Our campers/rv’s are designed to by plugged into shore power therefore powering a camper with any supply less than the designed requirements as specified by the manufacturer are not recommended and any damage as a result of using a generator or any other connection that does not meet the manufactures requirements is the responsibility of the renter.
Prohibited Uses. The following acts or uses of the travel trailer are prohibited: (a) operation of the tow vehicle by anyone who is not an authorized driver, by anyone whose driving license is suspended, or by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and (b) using the travel trailer to transport dangerous, hazardous, or illegal items.
