Ashley and family were professional, friendly, and provided critical late-night roadside assistance during a van issue, despite busy personal and rental circumstances.
Drives smoothly, but system flaws
The RV was noted as very clean and driving smoothly. However, one rental reported: leaky city water, full grey tank at pickup, no hot water, pump issues, and non-functional rear doors.

5.0Ashley and in fact also all her family members we had contact with were just great. We came at a super busy time for them, not only was the whole of Texas booked out due to the eclipse, but they also just had a baby 4wk before. They were super friendly and helpful, and when there was an issue with van on the road, they made sure we got help - even late at night and literally in the middle of a thunderstorm! Definitely would recommend them to my friends and book again myself.

2.0City water supply system leaked. Grey tank was full at pickup. Couldn’t get hot water. Water pump turned on every other second, due to leak? Rear doors couldn’t be opened from outside. No second hose for non-potable water.
