*ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. Rental Pick-up / Return Appointments: MONDAY THRU SATURDAY, 9am - 3pm Princess Craft RV is closed on Sundays so our employees can spend time with their families. Please set aside at least 30-60 minutes to learn about your camper at your pick-up appointment. When you return, we perform a thorough inspection of the trailer. This will require about 30-minutes. Deposit: 50% of the rental amount is required to reserve a trailer. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the camper leaves our lot. A security deposit is held for the duration of your reservation. A deposit of $500.00 for Towable Campers or $1,000.00 for Motorized RVs will be collected 1 day before your reservation Cancellation Details: If you need to cancel your reservation, the following schedule applies: - Cancellation prior to 30 days of pick-up date = full refund. - Cancellation up to 14 days of pick-up date = 50% refund. - Cancellation within 1 week of pick-up date = No rental fees refunded. Rental Requirements: Driver’s License: A valid Driver’s License issued by the renter’s state of residence must be presented at the time of your rental reservation for all approved drivers. Insurance: Proof of valid insurance coverage for the vehicle towing the camper and renter liability form signed by the reservation agent is required and must be presented before the unit departs Princess Craft RV. Insurance coverage must include COMPREHENSIVE, COLLISION and LIABILITY with a MAXIMUM DEDUCTABLE of $1,000.00. Road-side Assistance: An active road-side assistance plan must be in place to rent our units. Verification of a valid AAA membership or other plan as included with some auto insurance providers is required prior to leaving Princess Craft. A road-side assistance plan may be purchased at the time of scheduling your reservation. Towing Package: Renter must have the proper hitch and wiring prior to the rental If you need Princess Craft RV to install the necessary equipment on your vehicle you MUST make a separate appointment prior to your pick-up date. These parts and services are NOT part of the rental reservation Towing packages for your vehicle can be purchased and professionally installed by our service department. Please contact us for information, pricing and to schedule installation. RULES: Obey all Traffic Laws: Do not exceed posted speed limits. Towable units are not to exceed 65 miles per hour. Motorized RVs require occupants in the front seats and ALL passengers 17 years of age and younger to wear seatbelts. Travel Areas: Feel free to enjoy the United States on your rental vacation.DO NOT TRAVEL INTO MEXICO. All Princess Craft RV rental units are monitored via GPS. Off-Road Travel: Do not take our rental trailers off road. Stay on City/State/County maintained roadways. No park maintenance or service roads. Roof Access: Do not get on the roof of the trailer for any reason. Smoking: No smoking is allowed in any rental trailer or RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Tank Dumping: Rental trailer black and gray tanks must be emptied and rinsed prior to return of the unit. If the tanks are not dumped, a $250 fee will be charged. Fresh water tanks do not need to be dumped. Cleaning: The trailer must be returned clean. A $150.00 cleaning fee assessed. If you would like us to clean the trailer, a $50 cleaning fee can be pre-paid at the time of rental. Pets: Pets are welcome in our trailers (a pet fee of $50.00 applies). If cleaning is required to remove pet hair or pet waste odors a $150 cleaning fee will apply in addition to any other cleaning fees. Starter Kit (included in the rental price): A basic starter kit is provided for your convenience. A sewer hose, chemicals, electrical hook-up adapter and cable and other required accessories are included. A ½ hour walk through to familiarize you with your trailer will be given before you leave Princess Craft RV. All trailers will have a full propane tank, some water in the tank, and fully charged batteries. Generators will have a full fuel tank, but you may require additional fuel depending on your use of the generator. Camp Site Delivery Princess Craft RV will deliver & pick-up a rental trailer to a campground site within 25 miles of our location for a fee of $200. The customer is responsible for reserving the site. Princess Craft RV will set up camper, level jacks, and hook-up sewer, electrical, and water. Burning Man Festival: Do not take our rental trailers to the Burning Man festival. If we find that our trailer has gone to this festival, all damages will be billed to the renter and an automatic cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed and the security deposited forfeited.
