This RV is brand new and everything works perfectly. The generator starts easily should you need power and the gas Ford E-450 is easy to drive. We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included: a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives serving utensils, etc.
-We provide towels for 6 people, sheets for the 2 permanent beds, scissor couches, and pillows for each place to sleep.
-We provide at least 4 camping chairs and a lightweight folding table.
A 9' x 20' nylon mat for the outdoor living space.
-There are two smart HD TV and stereo in the RV.
-Tool kit and all necessary accessories.

-The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest.-Keep in mind, there is NO Smoking in or near the RV.
Pups are welcome with prior approval! We have an invisible pup policy - this means you won't see any sign of pups in our campers. Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned. 5Sarah takes great pride and care, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. This is the second time we have rented this RV from Sarah. Her RV is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. There is a bit of a learning curve with managing generator load for dry camping. But, was able to keep the RV climate control at a very comfortable level.
