5.0Mrs Key had great communication from start to finish of the booking. Her and her husband were great. They both have great customer service and handled everything very professional. You know genuine people when you see them. The trailer was great as well. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. Jeff was extra early for drop off, with planning ahead as a just in case. That's what you call going over and beyond. He explained the do's and don't of the trailer in detail. It was very helpful because everyone is not as experienced as others. He answered any questions I had. We planned pick-up time, and he was early for that as well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will definitely rent from them again!

5.0Jeff was amazing! He was extremely communicative, helpful, and the delivery was the cherry on the top of a beautiful cake. The RV is amazing. Lots of room to sleep and the AC is cooooooold! Will definitely rent from Jeff in the future.
