*For winter bookings through April please contact us before booking. Depending on location and other factors(ie temperature) the rv may not be available.This class C is amazing. Has the overhead bed, couch bed, dinette bed, 2 bunks and the queen bed in the back. Could sleep 8-10 comfortably. The bottom bunk also converts into a small dinette. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Nice comfortable memory foam mattress topper. Has seat belts for 7. Perfect size for taking anywhere.

- Must be 25 or older to rent and drive the RV -Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided. -If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used. -If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100 -No Smoking -No Pets -No Climbing on Roof -No Festivals(Including Burning Man) -Awning Use Not Allowed -Guests must bring their personal Insurance card and Drivers Licenses(For all Drivers) for verification at pickup
