5.0Neil was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went well above and beyond in all my interactions with him. When FedEx lost our parking pass, he generously offered to go into the office and pick up a new one for us. His camper is well stocked, providing amenities that go far and beyond what you'd expect him to provide. The bed is also one of the most comfortable I've slept on in any camper or RV. I cannot possibly recommend this experience enough, we plan to continue to rent from Neil every year.
