Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damage as described in the legal content of this agreement. If a repair is required, Renter is solely responsible for damages, any necessary transportation charges inured during the repair process, and any "Loss of Use" rental income during the repair period. Personal contents are never covered. Awning damage is not covered by Insurance Please be advised that the Generator is a luxury option and is susceptible to service interruption and is considered not reliable, therefore no credits or refunds will be made for the usability of the generator. Each Unit must be returned on or before the time listed on this contract. Any returns that are returned past the specified time are subject to late return penalties. Late return penalties are a minimum of $150, and can go up at a rate of $50 per hour for every hour later than your specified return time. I have read, understand and agree to all the terms of this contract. I and all possible drivers of this vehicle are at least 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license. All materials I am given during the rental period are part of this contract. I am financially responsible for all on route service maintenance and returning this vehicle in the same condition as it was received at the date and time shown above. Returning this vehicle prior to the scheduled return date shall not entitle me to any credit or refund for days or miles not used. The ROOF of the vehicle is off limits to all persons. If the Vehicle is not returned within 24hr of the check in time, It will be reported stolen and beyond our control NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If a smoke odor is detected on the return of the unit, your Security Deposit will be surrendered to the company for Deodorization and cleaning. ALL UNITS MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION AS PICKED UP. Fuel full, Holding tanks dumped, and Interior Clean. Do Not Climb on the Roof of the Unit for any Reason. Each unit may be switched to a comparable unit at anytime by Silver Bullet Vacations for any reason and specific units are assigned on the day of pickup or delivery. Your Security deposit will be refunded within 10 to 30 days of your return date, depending on destination, and provided the recreational vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it went out and is subject to the charges outlined above. If your charges exceed your security deposit, you will be responsible for paying the excess balance owed. All fines/tickets/violations incurred by the vehicle will be charged to the renter. Refund or extra charges will be detailed on the adjusted rental agreement that will be mailed to you.
