This Cherokee 287BH has had many upgrades you won't find anywhere else. As you enter you're greeted by a larger sofa that can seat 3-4 people. This is great for watching the 43" TCL Roku tv with a Blu-ray player for a family movie night or just sitting by the fireplace and letting time pass you by as you relax. Moving up stairs you'll notice the bathroom has real shower curtain and a recently replaced commode. Moving into the master bedroom is a real treat with a recently replaced memory foam mattress, bedding and plenty of storage. Relax watching the TV, a Blu-ray, or streaming your favorite services. In the dining area you'll be greeted by a nice seating area and kitchen. The 12v fridge keeps all your food nice and frosty as you travel without the worry of propane leaks or the expense. The pantry features an onboard dryer to make those trips to the pool or beach a little easier as you'll be able to dry your towels and suits right there in the rig. The rear bunk room has all your bedding and plenty of storage to suite your needs. The kids can maintain their own space and enjoy themselves in the bunkroom.Moving outside you can relax under the awning or cook a meal on the outdoor kitchen. A mini-fridge close by for all your favorite beverages.This unit boasts plenty of storage inside and out - Very functional and minor details have been addressed to make setup and breakdown easy for our guests. Was very responsive and even checked in through the week. The beds were the most comfortable camper beds we’ve used. If there was anything that I’d recommend is maybe a bigger pan, we had most meals in the camper

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

All rentals are slotted for pickup/delivery based on who booked first (we have multiple campers). This may mean that you may not be able to get delivered at exactly 2pm or picked up exactly at 11am but we will try our hardest. We do ask that once the time has been set for pickup (when delivered) you stick to it so that we can pick up the camper in a timely fassion.

What time will you pickup the camper (when delivered)

This will depend on a few different things. Camp-ground checkout time, We don't want you to have to pay for another day on the campsite because the camper is there past checkout time. Other deliveries/pickups. Since we run multiple campers we need to work with everyones schedule on a first come first servce basis, this may mean your rental may need to be picked up a little earlier in the day to allow us to get to our other pickups on time. We will always work with you whenever possible.

What extra charges may I encure from my security deposit.

All of these charges are completely avoidable. 1. Damages - If you damage something in/on the rig you will be billed replacement/repair costs. 2. Bodily Fluids - Any bodily fluids within the camper $150 3. Stained fabric items (ie sheets/mattress) - Replacement cost 4. Dumping of waste tanks $50 5. Propane is billed at $30 per partial tank 6. ANY evidence of smoking (including smell) $250 7. Any evidence of pets in the unit $150 8. Wait charge $50/hr - If we have to wait at checkin/pickup

What should I do at the end of my rental

The unit should be returned close to how you got it. Dishes should be washed, dried and put away. All of your personal items should be removed (check twice - EVERYWHERE). Then, remove all bedding (yes the pillow cases too) and put it on the couch, put any dirty towels in this pile too. Sweep the unit and clean up the counters. If you used any of the outdoor chairs or carpet it should be cleaned and put away. We'll take care of the rest when we get there.

All of our rigs are fully cleaned top to bottom between every rental with meticulous detail. We also try to add all the functions and features that you should expect not only in a high end hotel but even in every rental. Need something special just ask! We are here to make your trip as special as possible.
