Our little trailer is perfect for your next getaway. It is ready to be enjoyed for trips. Perfect for that adventure with the kids or grandkids. Make plans for a friends trip. Take a weekend or a week and just get away. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. Large baggage door for easy access. Fireplace for heat if it gets a little chilly at night. AC for those hot summer days to go and retreat to get cooled off. (You will need to be connected to Electric to use the AC, Fireplace and water. The only thing that runs off the battery is the refrigerator and lights.) Enjoy the relaxing of camping with some of those amenities we love. We do allow small Dogs with the understanding you will clean up after your dog or there will be an additional cleaning fee if not done. No smoking is allowed. If there is evidence of smoking a $250.00 cleaning fee will be issued. We will provide RV friendly toilet paper. So just grab what you need for a camping trip and load up. It has 1 Queen bed and 2 bunks. The sofa could be used for a small child for sleeping also. So grab your blankets and camping goodies to load and go have some fun. We have newly upgraded the queen mattress and added padding to the bunks. Also we have installed a paper towel holder and dish towel holder in the kitchen area for a little more convenience. Newly installed TV antennae and porch light.Please message us if you need and earlier or later pickup or an earlier or later drop off. Those times are not set in stone. It is a suggestion. We have equipment if you do not have what you need to pull, again just message us hopefully we can help.We do not have this little darling stocked with anything. We do not use it for personal use. So you will need to grab all of your bedding(Sheets are provided for each bed & are thoroughly sanitized after drop off) and supplies you will need and bring them with you.
