Overall the airstream was nice, however there were a number of issues - the dead battery we discovered on the first morning meant no water and no way to connect the airstream to our vehicle. I messaged the host for help, and her response was dismissive. When I messaged a second time for troubleshooting ideas she never responded. We were literally stranded in a hot desert. Luckily some kind neighbors had a generator and saved us. There were other issues like a toilet plunger in poor condition, and an improperly secured electric trailer break wire. We understand things do happen when you are on an adventure, but just a simple and reasonable response by our host to our requests for help would have made a meaningful difference for our family.

This is a great little trailer! Super clean and easy to pull. Great for a campground with hookups. It's not setup for dry camping. The host, Annie, is very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the experience!

Sent several emails initially but did not get any communication from the host until I called the customer service number to find out how to get in contact. The battery for the camper would not hold a charge so the first night we had to take all of our food out of the fridge and put it back into our cooler. Had no electricity or lights at night since we had to turn off our generator at 10:00pm. The next day we ran our generator for 15 hours to charge the battery up but the battery still only lasted a couple of hours the next night. We picked the trailer up at 7:00pm on a Thursday night and returned it at 7:30pm on Sunday so the host charged us a $50 late return fee. Won't be trying this path again.
