Renter Must BE 25+ with full RV experience or 30+ Years of Age and have at least Some prior experience with RV/Heavy Duty Equipment operation. Dump, Fill, Generator use, Refuel, and driving or pulling behind.Fully Upgraded, Solar Panel System and Expanded Battery Bank. Huge Restroom and Bedroom. FireStick, Chromecast and Full Amazon Alexa enabled and controlled Smart lighting and music. Military grade Wifi receiver and booster and Hotspot. The 34G footer has a full size kitchen with a 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave, a dining area, a fireplace in front of the 2 theater seats, and Washer & Dryer. Even though Coach is pet friendly, NO Cats please. Please note that furry friends are not allowed on top of the furniture. RV has 3 tv's one outside, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. I have a list of inventory items that are offered with the rental, such as linens, towels, laundry detergent and softener, dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans and many other items. Please note that the items are not to be removed from the RV.Please don't go to the roof for your safety. Please return the R.V with same levels as departure. Please be aware this Coach is a non-smoking, a $500 smoking fine will apply! Smoking with window down is not allowed and is subject to the same fine. RV is not allowed to Burning Man.This Jayco has everything you need for your trip. The Solar panels have enough power to operate everything except for the AC and Microwave which is operated by the high powered generator! Outside of the Coach you have propane hook up, outdoor shower, TV and outdoor entertainment system.Inside, you have plenty of storage for your items, a drop down dinette for sleeping as well as sleeper sofa bed and an overhead bunk. There is a table for between the driver and passenger seat and plug ins, USB and AUX everywhere. Bluetooth in front, back, inside and outside sound systems. Absolutely NO smoking. Small dogs Only on approval and with a fee. Must take great care of my baby!This is an amazing ride you do not want to miss out on!!We will provide an initial 25 minute introduction to the RV and you will receive a pick up and drop off checklist.
