1When we picked up the RV, it was clear that no one took the time to clean or inspect it after the last guest used it before us. The outdoor grill was disgusting and covered in burnt food. There were multiple things left behind from the prior guest which the owner tried to get us to take…just weird. When we arrived to our final destination and filled the fresh water tank, water began dumping out of the bottom of the RV because the dump valve was installed incorrectly. Someone cross threaded it into its slot completely sideways. I installed it correctly and then got charged over $200 towards my security deposit for doing so. Imagine charging a guest for fixing your problem… everything seemed cool but turns out this guy is actually just a snake. Avoid.

5I'd like to start off by talking about the owner, Matthew. From our very first conversation he was extremely friendly and accommodating. He answered all of our questions some of which were repeated more than once. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything in great detail. When I met him to pick up the trailer he took the time to explain everything from the anti-swat hitch to all of the operational features of the trailer. And he seemed genuinely happy to do so. There's nothing really about the trailer to say other than it exceeded or expectations. We had an absolute blast and did a whole lot of site seeing. Her was gracious enough to show us to bring our three fur babies and they, too, enjoyed the trip immensely. We went to Erie, Pa, Niagra Falls, Natural Bridge Virginia, Cherokee, NC, Johnsonville, Tn and many day trips between. We were gone the whole month of June and had not one issue. Little questions popped up now and again and Matthew was very prompt in his response and very thorough in the resolution. Nothing major at all. Most likely operator error like getting the stereo Bluetooth to work. Overall it was an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. We're planning a trip around the holidays and Matthew WILL be the first person we reach out to.

5We enjoyed the RV very much. Matt and Cate are great hosts who quickly and patiently respond to requests for help. They communicated well with both the pickup and return of the vehicle. The RV was comfortable and clean, and it served our family of four well.

5I took my family of 5 in Matt’s RV and it was awesome! We had everything we needed to have the full outdoor experience and the space inside to be comfortable even in the rain. This was a huge success and we would highly recommend using this RV I know we will.
