Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM * Late returns may incur additional fees. Smoking * No smoking or vaping inside the camper. * A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for evidence of smoking. Pets * Pets allowed with prior approval. * Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Cleaning * Return the camper in the same condition it was received. * Dishes washed and put away. * Trash removed. * Excessive cleaning will result in additional fees. Tanks * Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless the Holding Tank Drain Service was purchased. * Failure to empty tanks will result in a service fee. Prohibited Activities No climbing on the roof. No unauthorized towing. No festivals, races, or off-road use without prior approval. No illegal activities. Damage Renters are responsible for any damage occurring during the rental period. Damage must be reported immediately. Awning • Retract the awning during high winds, storms, or when leaving the campsite. Damage caused by wind is the renter’s responsibility. Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Weather No refunds for weather, insects, campground conditions, or early departures. Delivery & Setup * Guests may not move the camper after delivery. * Once set up, the camper must remain at the designated campsite. Security Deposit * Security deposit required. * Deposit may be used for damages, missing items, policy violations, excessive cleaning, or tank dumping fees. Fees * Smoking: $500 * Black tank not emptied: $75–$150 * Excessive cleaning: $100–$300 * Pet damage: Actual repair cost * Late return: $50 per hour or one additional night’s rental We want every guest to have an amazing camping experience.
