2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270 - ‘Homeaway’
~Make yourself at home in our ‘home away’ from home.-
* Queen-sized bed,
* 2 - double bunk beds
* Fold out sofa
* Dinette conversion that is a full size.The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use.The bathroom has toilet and shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area.
There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids....
It sleeps 4 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- bunk beds are full and can sleep 2 in each bunk. Can sleep up to 8 if needed.No smoking.
We do allow dogs BUT they Must be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit.This RV is Delivery Only. We will deliver and setup everything so you can just come and enjoy your time away!!
