*Everything IS Included FOR YOU!**This trailer is luxury and fun at its best. It has all of the amenities that you would have at home on the road.Full kitchen with a large living room slide out, great for a family or a group of friends. Queen bed, 2 full twin beds, dinette breaks down into a bed, and also has movie theatre reclined seating in the living area for when you want to kick back and enjoy the big game. Gas stove, furnace, and water heater. Mounted TV inside with the surround sound inside and out. Full awning with bright lighting to keep the fun going throughout the night. Trailer is pretty well loaded with all the extras that you'll need for a trip anywhere. To make your trip stress-free all you need to pack is your clothes, sheets, pillows, and toiletries. Everything is included from silverware, plates, cups, a coffee maker, and toaster. Camping chairs also included. I have also recently added a Firedisc grill to the trailer. I received this from a generous previous renter who happens to be the founder of the company and it is an amazing addition to my trailer!!I do assess a cleaning and stocking fee to keep the trailer stocked and in good condition for each of our rentals. We do however expect it to be returned in clean condition.*Dry weight is approx. 6250lbs
*Pets: Small dogs acceptable for a fee ($15 per day).
*Dumping Fee: If the tanks are not returned empty, a $100 dumping fee will be assessed.
*Pickup and drop-off is flexible and we can determine before you come get the trailer.Please keep in mind, due to work conflictions We DO NOT offer drop-off/pickup service. Renters must be able to pick up trailer at location and drop off. Must be comfortable with driving and towing camper. Thank you-

I am very flexible with times on pickup and drop off. We can discuss on a case by case bases. All depending on our work schedules, etc.
