camper. I love selling RVs, Motorhomes and
Boats and the dream of escaping life to
explore nature and new places. I love helping
grandparents, parents, children, families and
friends get away from the crazy world we live
in to go on camping trips that help them
escape the urban jungle and spend time

bunk fifth wheel, it is perfect for bringing
along family and friends, having tons of living
space to hang out and party as well as 2 separate rooms. The master bedroom with king sized bed, dinette conversion, comfy theater seating across from the huge TV, queen sized pull out, sleeper couch, separate bunk-room with double bed pullout couch and single bunk. Sleeps 9 adults. Huge island kitchen with stainless steel sink. Oven with 3 burner range top. Spacious fridge and freezer. Tons of storage in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Large pass through storage for outside tools and toys. Heavy duty fold up rigid steps. The huge awning and outdoor speakers are perfect for relaxing outside in the shade. Electric stabilizing Jacks. 4 slide outs. This is a mid-pro fifth wheel so it’s lighter weight and can be towed by a capable half ton truck being the dry weight is only
10,281 lbs with only a 1,534 lbs hitch weight. Most F-150 trucks with the 3.5 liter eco-boost engine as well as other late model half ton trucks are capable of towing 13,000 lbs. You’re welcome to bring along your own plastic wear or paper plates etc. I also include plastic blocks to put under the stabilization jacks, wheel chocks, sewage hose, fresh water hose, pressure regulator and surge protector (please use them).Bedding, sheets, pillows etc are not included neither is kitchen utensils or wares. It’s Simply that we can’t make every customer happy. And it’s in your best interest to not share bedding with past and future clients to help us all stay healthy! Please bring your own bedding. (One king, one queen pull out couch, one full sized pull out couch and one twin sized dinette table/couch.RecommandationsThis is a great camper to take to the beach, state parks, national parks, holiday, weekend or summer break trips! Please respect the RV and think of it as your own.Accidents happen but clean up after your kids and pets. Empty the black and grey tank at the campsite before returning it.Please be conscientious while towing the camper. Don’t speed, make tight turns, or drag the camper under low hanging limbs that could damage the roof. If an issue arises please be honest about it!The camper is available for festivals and events. Please make sure your guests are aware that this is a rental as well as someone’s personal camper. It’s not meant to be abused or vandalized. Only allow respectful friends into the camper who will take care of it like you will!!!
