4Overall, the rental experience was good. There are just a few details that need attention: 1. The correct address should be listed on the email under "where and when" for the pick up and drop off. There was an indication that the location had moved to Sexmith above the "where and when", but the old address on hwy 97 was still in use under the "where and when". I assumed the "we've moved" applied to a head office or something. The Sexsmith address needs to be in the "where and when" section and remove the "we've moved". It isn't relevant. 2. The electric hitch jack didn't work from the outset and we had to move to multiple campsites so this made hitching and unhitching the trailer a real pain. The first time I used the jack out of my RAM 3500 until I got a hold of Tim, who made me aware of the hand-cranck on the top of the unit. At the end of the day, not a huge deal, but I got the impression that this was an issue Tim was already aware of....it should have been fixed. Lastly, we were told there were two rolls of toilet paper on board. But when the first ran out, we looked all over for the second...none to be found. Fortunately we were at the end of the trip, so we managed to find alternate restrooms, but this was dissapointing. 4. The battery for the camper died on the last day of the trip just before we were going to hook up and drop the trailer off. This was overcome by hooking jumper cables up to the batter from my truck. If I hadn't figured this out, we wouldn't have been able to put the slide in or the awning.....screwed..... Fortunately, I'm a problem solver, so this got done, but it is an issue if you are going to be camping "off grid" without a hook up for more than a day or two. We had three days without power..... Other than those things, the trailer worked perfectly. All the appliances worked, and the freezer even made ice, which I couldn't believe. It was plenty comfortable and spacious for my wife and I. All of the cutlery, dishes, etc. were clean, and the camper in general was clean. We enjoyed our experience with the exception of the above.
