Hello! Our trip was terrific. The camper was perfect for our small Family. The only concern we have, is that we order the extra cost required to use/deploy the trailer awning. It was never able to open. That is, we tried opening the trailer awning and could not. As a result, we went the entire time without the benefit of that shade that we had ordered, and paid for. We just want to ensure that we are reimbursed for the cost of the item (Awning) that we could not use and was not available to us. Please let us know your thoughts, Cheers, Eddy Santos

***NO OFF ROADS OR GRAVEL ROADS AT ALL** except just on campsites ***NO SMOKING***($1000 min damage Fee) *NO PETS - Specific older under 2019 units allowed smaller dog only in crates, with $75-100 Pet Fee (NO CATS $500 min damage Fee) *NO AWNING USE* without additional deposit. Must abide by awning use rules with extra $500 Awning Damage Deposit and AD-ON fee to accept use regulations. Will forfeit damage deposit with unauthorized awning use. MUST PUT AWNING AWAY WHEN WINDY. HEAVY RAIN, AT NIGHT AND IF AWAY FROM UNIT. *Clean wipe fees are minimal fee for wipe check through, any dirty unit is $75/hr. non cleaned fridge & toilet is billed $50 *Sani dumps are $50 or min $75 if flush needed from solid waste overload. DO NOT PUT FOOD OR ANY PAPER TOWELS, WIPES OR OTHER WASTES FOOD INTO TOILET or SINKS. USE 1-PLY TOILET PAPER ONLY. ($100 min fee if flush required) Use 4-5 buckets of water to help flush out. *Self tow has MAX TOW TRAVEL SPEED 90KPH**(REQUIRE 7 PIN PLUG & BRAKE MODULE)** NO GRAVEL OR DIRT ROADS EXCEPT CAMPSITES *Delivery Services Is an outside service that we help set up for you.* [$200 local Kelowna rate includes delivery & pickup within 20 km radius. Go to Ad-Ons scroll to bottom and choose Delivery services and enter address.
