Nicely maintained and cared for Thor 31L Class C motorhome. Sleeps up to 8. Two slide outs, one on each side. Rear queen bedroom with walk around bed when the slide is extended. Lots of cabinet storage and a TV in rear bedroom. Drivers slide out extends the dinette and sofa couch. Lots of kitchen countertop space. RV has indoor/outdoor stereo/speakers. Awesome unit for tailgating! Bunk over the drivers cab provides another full size bed. Electric awning and outdoor shower. Great unit for over the road trips. Solid surface floors. No carpet so they are allergy friendly. Additional USB charging station onboard for up to four devices. Back up and side cameras through the radio head. Bluetooth enable to connect devices. Bluetooth speaker onboard near drivers seat for hands free talking. Every rental includes an awning mat, 25’ fresh water hose and sewer hose. Prep/cleaning fees include tank chemicals, propane and dumping tanks on return. Renters are permitted to leave a vehicle onsite for the duration of their rental. Very safe and secure location in Kent, Ohio.We have several class A, Class C and travel trailers available for all types

***Absolutely no climbing on the roof or smoking in any of our RV's. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
***No towing with the RV unless prior permission is granted. If the hitch pin or security tag is broken off the hitch receiver, renter is subject to a towing fee of $500.00. Our commercial insurance policy does not permit towing with our RV rentals.
***Dry camping (Camping without hook-ups) is always welcome, however at your own risk. When temperatures are high, the generators are unpredictable.
***Be mindful of toll roads, red light cameras, parking tickets etc...Parking tickets, mailed violations and mailed toll invoices will be charged a $50.00 processing fee for each violation.
