It was wonderful having the 5th wheel delivered, set up and picked up! What a treat! Cheryl was great about communicating through the Outdoorsy email/text system. A basic directions sheet would have been helpful since we don't own an RV. Directions to light the pilot on the stove and oven and toilet do's and don'ts would have been helpful. All in all though, the bed was super comfortable, the A/C worked great, the lights worked good, the convertible beds were comfortable and the hot water was quickly hot. It would also be helpful if a supplies list was posted with with each RV. Thanks Cheryl!
