Thank you for looking at my 2016 Pioneer bh270 - "Our Home away from home!" This travel trailer has just about everything. Great for a people coming in to enjoy Key West, FL or pull it to your favorite adventure destination.Inside
One large slide out provides for extra spacious interior for room to relax, cook, and enjoy your time. An inside stereo and tv will help you watch the news or dance to some music while enjoying yourself.When it’s time to “hit the hay” you have multiple choices! A full size bed is in the front master bedroom with a door that closes. There are also two spacious double bunks in the rear that comfortably sleeps 4. Have a few more to your bunch? Fold down the kitchen table, pull out the sofa, or inflate an air mattress and squeeze a few more. Linens are provided for the sofa upon request.People come to Key West for a reason, the nice weather! Powered with a strong ducted A/C, you’ll be able to escape the heat and relax. There is also a furnace that can provide for your comfort if it gets a bit chilly, but I doubt you’ll need that here!Ready to cook up some grub? There is a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and charcoal grill that have your cooking needs covered. Silver ware, pots, pans, dishes, and basic cooking utensils are included! All your cooking needs are met to make a fabulous camping meal. Oh and don’t worry, there is a coffee maker! We all need that in our life!The Fridge/Freezer and ample pantry space space allow you to stock up on your favorite cold ones and make that family feast.When you’re ready to clean up nice and dapper, head into the indoor shower w/ tub! The shower has plenty of power and won’t be a doozy. Towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided!Towing and Setup
This unit can be delivered to local campgrounds in the Key West and Stock Island area for $75 (dropoff/setup fee/tear down fee) with a minimum 3 night rental. You are responsible to rent/reserve the campground site and charges. ****Please contact me prior to booking to discuss delivery and pick up times and locations***Outside features included a power tongue jack and stabilizing jacks. Tow hitch and sway bars are available too at NO Cost. However, if you are towing, your vehicle must have a 8,000 tow capacity.Extra Goodies
Stocked with paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and more! You should not need anything during your stay. Please ask me for specific items and I can supply (cost of items may apply).Three adult camping chairs are included. I have more adult and children chairs available upon request.Pets
I do not typically allow pets, but can upon request. Please message me to discuss.Discounts
