5.0We had a different camper rented from a different host initially. The day prior to our arrival, our other rental cancelled on us due to the camper having been in an accident. We were 500mi from home, and very stressed out over what we were going to do. The Outdoorsy contact person was wonderful in reaching out to several hosts for us, and this host responded. We so appreciated them allowing us to obtain their camper with such short notice. They communicated very well with us! And made a bad situation much better. This host was awesome! And the camper fit our needs.
