Great for a family or just a quick get away. Very easy to set up. Has nice big shower. Good stereo system with cool outdoor lights. Tv in the living area. Very clean and well taken care of. The back opens up to a patio or a ramp to load up a fun toy to take with. This does sleep 4-6 depend on sleeping arrangements.
