Sleeps 2-4, single slide (dinette area), love seat, queen-size Murphy bed with high-quality foam mattress, dinette converts to bed, 6 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, stove/oven, 32" TV, DVD player, rear bath with shower, power awning. Purchased new in September 2018. We immediately replaced the queen mattress that came from the factory with a high-end foam mattress for greater comfort. We provide bed linens and comforters, pillows, toaster, coffee maker, dish drainer rack.
Unit weighs approximately 4,500 pounds (dry/empty weight), so it is easily towed by a half-ton pickup or full-sized SUV with a towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs. Tow vehicle must be equipped with an electric trailer brake controller.
