Please treat our home on wheels with the same respect you would show our actual home if you were staying there. We want to provide many families with a high quality experience. The only way we cam do that is if our RV is well taking care of. No Smoking no pets $750 cleaning fee if violated.
Rules:
Only cleaning supplies provided may be used. Please remove shoes.
Absolutely NO Smoking, no burning of Scented candles or incense. No pets allowed in Rv.
The RV must be brought back as it was and will be clean, grey and black water tanks empty and gas/propane full.
When returned, tank must be full and grey and black tanks empty ($250 dump fee will be charged if not empty), everything must be swept, wiped down and all garbage and belongings removed, all dirty linens put in laundry bag.
