Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, brand new inverter generator, 20' awning, lightweight/easy to haul, backup camera. Memory foam topper on queen bed. (2) 40# propane tanks. 30A electric hookup. Full water and sewer hookups. Includes s'mores kit, camp chairs and eating/kitchen utensils. Full package with bedding/linens optional. Pet friendly, but pets require a damage deposit. Cleaning fee and insurance fee required. Easy to haul and setup. Smartphone leveling app, 4-corner jack levelers, wheel chocks and leveling kit on board as well as small toolkit and all electrical/water/sewer connection.
