5.0Ernie’s communication was awesome - lots of tips and advise and extra accommodations for pickup/drop off to maximize our trip to Birch Bay. The trailer pulled nicely with a Toyota Tacoma, and everything worked great. Only issue is the house battery capacity was very low once the sun went down, but we brought our own backup power so we were ok. Just something to double check if you plan on dry camping.

5.0Ernie was great, was tremendously helpful during pickup and dropoff, and was readily available during the trip for questions. The trailer was perfect for first-timers, easy to tow, easy to backup into a spot, and the right size for our family with a toddler. Although we were prepared ourselves - Ernie provided everything needed along with the trailer to have a nice day out at camp without issues - chairs, solar backup, tools to setup the trailer, etc.

5.0Awesome first camping trip! Our 3 kids loved it. Earnie was great in walking us through everything in the camper, and also sent us videos for setup and take down. The RV was clean and super well equipped. Everything just worked. Will definitely rent from him again.
